trying

So, I woke up today heard no noise new both boys were still asleep. As much as I wanted to sleep, I knew I had to get up and actually exercise. I thought about it for about half an hour. Finally I got out of bed and had to find my exercise clothes in the 6 foot mound of unfolded clean clothes.
After another half an hour of folding and sorting clothes (mine, James, Hunter, and Daddy) I finally find the particular pair of pants I wanted to wear today. Do they flatter me? No. Will I impress anyone? No. Could I exercise without them? Yes. Why did I need them when I was only exercising in my own living room? Because I could.
After I found them I realized I needed to use the bathroom. I came to a nicely clogged toilet with no culprit around. This is what I get for living with ALL GUYS! I'm talking a 33 year old hubby, a 26 year old brother and two children. Someone was bound to clog the toilet at some point. Lucky me.
After unclogging the toilet, doing my business, I then went to the living room and pulled out my gazelle. Moving that thing around the room should be a workout in itself. I managed to do a whole 20 minutes on it. Yay me.
I feel I ate pretty good today. I had lots of protein, plenty of veggies, but no fruit (unless you are one that counts a tomato as fruit when it should be a veggie). More than enough water and surprisingly very little junk food. I stayed in my 28 point range and didn't even need my bonus points today. Hopefully this is a good start to a good week.
Tomorrow I hope to gazelle it for a bit, but I am also meeting with my mommy group at the mall to do a few laps there.

Welcome to the fat!

To start of let me tell you a little about me. I'm a proud mommy to 2 boys. James is going to be 3 this month and Hunter is 2 months. I have got a lot of weight to lose. Hopefully more than 75 pounds by the time I'm done.
I have recently joined weight watchers, but unfortunately am only down 9 pounds so far. I'm hoping by starting this I can relieve some frustration and keep going.
Tonight after weigh in (stayed the same this week, but at least I didn't gain) I came home and cut up 2 bags of carrots and celery each. I have a whole gallon size bag full of them. I hope that since I have this bag, I will grab handfuls of that instead of handfuls of crap. I also have a container of Hummus that is only 1 point per serving.
Well, here's to me, Hopefully I'll have a good week!
